On Monday, Republican and Democratic lawyers of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and House Judiciary Committee will present their findings on impeachment after listening to witnesses testify for weeks as part of an extensive impeachment probe into President Donald Trump.
The House Judiciary Counsel will include Barry Burke, the Democrat lawyer, and Steve Castor, the Republican lawyer. Castor will also testify as the Republican lawyer on the House Intelligence committee alongside Democrat lawyer Daniel Goldman.
House Democrats opened the doors on impeachment based on a July 25 phone conversation between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. They alleged that President Trump threatened to withhold U.S. aid to Ukraine until they agreed to look into former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden, who was a paid board member of an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas company, Burisma, while his father was spearheading diplomacy efforts with the country.
On Fox News’ The Next Revolution Sunday, Sara Carter, however, told host Steve Hilton that she believes “there was no crime committed” on the part of President Trump. She said it was a responsible move on the President’s part to ensure Zelensky was serious about looking into corruption.

“There was no crime committed. The President did exactly what he was supposed to do. He is not supposed to hand out U.S. dollars and U.S. aid without having any review of what’s going on and too bad that Joe Biden’s son was taking money from a corrupt, supposedly corrupt energy company.” Sara Carter told Hilton, “The President has a right to review. He released the money. He provided lethal aid as you suggested exactly what he was supposed to do at the time.”
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called on the House last week to formalize articles of impeachment. “The President leaves us no choice but to act because he is trying to corrupt, once again, the election for his own benefit. The President has engaged in abuse of power undermining our national security and jeopardizing the integrity of our elections,” Pelosi said.
Additionally, The Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz is expected to release a ‘damning’ report Monday on the FBI’s probe into the Trump campaign and will likely contain criminal referrals, according to sources who spoke with SaraACarter.com. Horowitz will testify on his findings Wednesday.
